We are looking for a Junior Product Manager – Localisation to support our product team in adapting and optimizing our products and go-to-market assets for international markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet the linguistic, cultural, and regulatory requirements of different regions. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in product management and localisation to develop their skills in a fast-paced, global environment. All your actions will support the organization and drive growth in our different markets: France, Benelux, Maghreb.

Responsibilities

Product Localisation, Market Adaptation & Quality Assurance:

• Support the localisation process for our products, ensuring they are culturally and linguistically appropriate for different markets.

• Conduct research on market-specific user needs, regulations, and preferences to enhance local user experiences.

• Support testing in local markets to identify usability issues and improvements to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Track and analyse user feedback from different markets to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Support Product Management Activities:

• Assist the Product Management team in day-to-day responsibilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and managing timelines for ongoing projects.

• Act as a point of contact for business or support teams within Altares-D&B, providing clear and accurate responses to product-related questions.

• Support communication between internal teams and external localisation partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Take on transversal missions assigned by the Head of Product Management, contributing to projects that span across the product team and enhance organizational efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s level recently graduated or in the final stage of studies. Field of study is flexible but should align with the role's requirements.

Required Competencies & Skills :

Bilingual or proficiency in French and English, and experience working with multiple languages in a professional setting.

Strong interest in product management, localisation, and international markets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Dutch language is a plus.
